Better Me Smoothies are the best option for a healthy start to a busy day. Beyond the delicious taste, they are nutritious and easy to prepare. I have visited Perth twice in the last 4 months and have tasted almost all of the variations. The changes in my body and skin after a week of consuming them was amazing. There are lots of smoothies out there, but Better Me Smoothies are just…BETTER!These ladies have nailed every aspect of creating a meal replacement smoothie, from using local, home grown produce to creating a formula that meets all your nutritional requirements, keeps fresh even when frozen and tastes fantastic, not to mention they are so easy to blend and there is no mess to clean up!My favourites are Macadamia Green, the Kale Orange Rise- they always gives me a great start to my day!

Incredible service. Tailored specifically to an elimination reset diet I was doing nothing was too much trouble when working through what options from their range would be suitable. Yummy, fresh and nutritious. Convenient delivery and flat packed ready for the freezer. Took all of the thinking out of a once a day meal prep option. Now stocked at Riverton Fresh Markets as well for extra convenience. Highly recommend.

Better Me Smoothies have done two things really well, which has given me the chance to explore the benefits of green smoothies. The first, taking the time out of finding and preparing quality ingredients that are fresh and ready to blend. The second, and maybe the most important; putting together nutritional blends that taste great. Smoothies can sometimes be healthy but bland or tasty but full of sugar. Better Me Smoothies manage to balance good health with great taste. Makes it easy to do something good for your body and mind. Nice.
